Hand-worked sheepskin products.

These are local sheepskins from the scottish highlands, not imports, so you are guaranteed to be supporting UK suppliers.

The raw fleeces are selected and tanned completely by hand, and are not industrially-manufactured products - this is how they differ from those you may buy in larger shops or catalogues.

Each skin is selected from highland farms, and painstakingly tanned by hand, using Chrome, which gives a soft dove-gray suede side, and ensures the finished rug can be carefully hand-washed (ask for care details, if you wish, via email).

The hides go through a process of Fleshing, Pickling, Tanning, Neutralising and Oiling before being carefully worked to soften, and steel-tooth combed to a soft, delightfully thick and fluffy fullness which provides the ultimate warmth for frozen toes on a winters morning.
