We currently dispatch all goods via the Royal Mail. We charge a fee based on the weight of your order and the number of parcels we can pack your goods in. Delivery starts from £1.20 plus a flat £1.00 handling and packing fee per each order.

Goods ordered from Hebridean Soap Company Limited via the website will only be despatched when the payment has been recieved by us. For credit and debit card payments and PayPal we aim to dispatch the next working day.
Once goods are dispatched, an e-mail notification will be sent to you and if applicable, tracking details for your parcel(s) will be provided. Should you need to return goods to us please contact us first by e-mail, phone, mail or via the "Contact Us" link to the left of this page.
All items are sent by Royal Mail. If you are out when the Royal Mail calls, a card will be left with instructions to arrange a second delivery. Goods are normally delivered to your door within 10 working days from the day of order. (However, under extreme circumstances this can be 14-21 days. Please remember that post from the Outer Hebrides can at times be a little irregular due to extreme weather.
We will notify you immediately upon receipt of your order if we expect a delay for any reason.
