Shipping and Returns


We currently dispatch all goods via the Royal Mail. We charge a fee based on the weight of your order and the number of parcels we can pack your goods in.
Delivery starts from £3.00 plus a flat £1.00 handling and packing fee per each order. *NEW POSTAL RATES* from 1st April 2013 Royal Mail charges are now based on the Dimensions of the parcel, as well as the weight.
Whilst bars of soap can be creatively packaged to meet the most reasonable charge criteria, plastic dispensers cannot, and for this reason, the purchase of more than 1 x 500ml Product dispenser will attract a slightly higher delivery rate than usual, being classified as a ‘Medium parcel’ rather than a ‘Small parcel’.
Small Parcel = up to 160mm cube
Medium Parcel = over 160mm cube

If you would like a quote for delivery, the website will supply it as part of the order process, but if you have other questions please do not hesitate to contact us before you order.

Goods ordered from Hebridean Soap Company Limited via the website will only be dispatched when the payment has been received by us. For credit and debit card payments and PayPal we aim to dispatch the next working day.

Once goods are dispatched, an e-mail notification will be sent to you and if applicable, tracking details for your parcel(s) will be provided.

All items are sent by Royal Mail. If you are out when the Royal Mail calls, a card will be left with instructions to arrange a second delivery. Goods are normally delivered to your door within 10 working days from the day of order. (However, under extreme circumstances this can be 14-21 days. Please remember that post from the Outer Hebrides can at times be a little irregular due to extreme weather.

We will notify you immediately upon receipt of your order if we expect a delay for any reason.
